The Dupixent Head of Sales KSA will Manage / develop Dupixent sales managers and lead Dupixent commercial operations / strategy for KSA to deliver Dupixent commercial objectives of sales in/out, market penetration, market share growth across all channels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and people management support to the team and manage team performance dealing effectively with all aspects of good and poor performance thereby driving and supporting a strong Performance Culture.
  • Support Head of Immunology develop the business plan and the sales strategy to ensure achievement of company sales and profitability.
  • Implement sales structure, planning and control systems within KSA.
  • Coordinate planning and forecasts with supply chain (assess opportunities & risks)
  • Track sales execution – Public / Private (affiliate & distributor/agent) markets as per contracts.
  • Look for opportunities to grow the business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives, and work towards taking advantage of those opportunities.
  • Lead, motivate and coach Area managers and sales team on how to adjust or improve performance and implement remedial plans where appropriate
  • Provide support in developing the customer roadmap to facilitate the achievement of medium and long-term business growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong business partnerships with key stakeholders in all accounts.
  • Support pre-launch and launch activities of new products and when needed working closely with Marketing and Medical team.
  • Ensure implementation of internal procedures, policies and best practices and judicious use of A&P budget to maximize business.
  • Liaise with Marketing and national accounts to ensure field sales activities are complementary and participate in the preparation of overall sales strategies and annual business plan.
  • At Country level, regularly analyze sales performance and design appropriate corrective actions to ensure coordination of all activities (calls, marketing activities, grants, congresses, invitations, HQ visits…) for all involved company personnel.
  • Manages performance of the sales team through setting and reviewing priorities. Provides appropriate and timely feedback about performance and coaches team members to help them achieve their goals.
  • Supports the professional and career development of the team by identifying the skills and competencies that employees need for their current and prospective roles and provide opportunities to learn and practice new skills. Leads the building of a motivated and engaged team using formal and informal recognition, regular communications, and the encouragement of cooperation between individuals and teams.

About You
