الوصف:
دعم الإدارة العليا في قيادة العمليات المالية والإدارية بشكل استراتيجي، وضمان كفاءة الأداء المالي، وتكامل الأنظمة الإدارية والتشغيلية، بما يسهم في تحقيق الأهداف العامة للمؤسسة واستدامتها.
المسؤوليات:
- الإشراف على العمليات المالية والمحاسبية وضمان دقتها وامتثالها للمعايير واللوائح المعمول بها.
- تحليل الأداء المالي وتقديم تقارير وتوصيات للإدارة التنفيذية لدعم اتخاذ القرار.
- تطوير الاستراتيجيات المالية طويلة الأجل بالتعاون مع الرئيس التنفيذي.
- الإشراف على إعداد الميزانية السنوية ومراقبة تنفيذها.
- تحسين كفاءة العمليات الإدارية والتشغيلية داخل المؤسسة.
- إدارة العلاقات مع البنوك، الجهات التنظيمية، والمراجعين الخارجيين.
- تقديم الدعم الإداري والمالي في إعداد وتنفيذ خطط النمو والتوسع المؤسسي.
- قيادة فرق العمل وتطوير الكفاءات داخل الإدارات المالية والإدارية.
- المساهمة في بناء السياسات والإجراءات الداخلية وتعزيز الحوكمة والشفافية.
- تمثيل الشركة عند الحاجة في الاجتماعات الرسمية واللقاءات الاستراتيجية.
المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها (ويفضل الماجستير أو شهادة مهنية مثل CPA أو CMA).
- خبرة سابقة في مناصب قيادية في المجال المالي والإداري.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة ERP والبرمجيات المالية.
- خبرة في التخطيط المالي والتحليل وتقييم المخاطر.
- فهم عميق في السياسات التنظيمية والحوكمة.
