Drone Operator Specialist

We are expanding our operations and looking for a Professional Drone Operator to join our specialized team in drone services for facade cleaning, thermal inspection, and building maintenance solutions.

This role is critical to the success of our operations as we continue to provide smart, safe, and innovative cleaning and inspection solutions to our clients.

As a Drone Operator, you will be a key player in our field operations team — working closely with project managers, clients, and technical staff to execute drone services across high-rise buildings, solar panels, and infrastructure projects.

• Operate advanced drones for facade cleaning, thermal inspection, and building assessments.
• Plan and execute drone flights in accordance with safety protocols, site conditions, and client requirements.
• Conduct regular pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
• Prepare detailed inspection and service reports including images, thermal data, and analysis findings.
• Coordinate with clients, site engineers, and facility management teams for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local aviation regulations and operational safety standards.
• Maintain drone hardware and software — perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
• Stay up-to-date with latest drone technologies and cleaning techniques.
• Support the development of new drone service solutions in the organization.

• Proven experience as a Drone Operator in facade cleaning or inspection services (Minimum 2-3 years preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of drone operating systems, GPS navigation, automated flight software, and reporting tools.
• Experience in thermal inspection using infrared drones — ability to analyze and interpret thermal imaging data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — capable of preparing detailed reports for clients.
• Drone Operator Certification from a recognized body (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor field environments.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle on-site challenges.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Familiarity with maintenance and basic repair of drones.
