Produce precise and detailed technical drawings and plans for projects, ensuring accurate representation of design specifications and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Drawing Preparation and Development

• Prepare detailed and accurate 2D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit in accordance with approved designs, standards, and project requirements.
• Develop layout, shop, and construction drawings based on engineering inputs and project specifications.
• Ensure drawings reflect correct dimensions, materials, symbols, and technical notes.

Coordination and Technical Support

• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to ensure all technical drawings comply with design intent, specifications, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with the technical team to clarify design details and resolve drafting-related issues in a timely manner.
• Incorporate engineering comments and revisions into drawings accurately.

Drawing Review and Document Control

• Review, update, and revise existing drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and engineer feedback.
• Maintain proper version control, drawing registers, and documentation in line with company procedures.
• Ensure all drawings are properly labeled, approved, and stored for easy reference.

As-Built Drawings and Project Handover

• Assist in preparing accurate as-built drawings that reflect final site conditions and approved changes.
• Compile complete drawing sets and supporting documentation for project handover.
• Support the preparation of final project documentation to meet client and contractual requirements.

• Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job

Delivery:

• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
