Dot Net Developer - Master-Works

As a Front-end Developer at Master-Works, you will be responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact with in web applications. You will work closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive front-end code. The ideal candidate is passionate about web technologies and has a keen eye for detail, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Develop user-facing features and ensure that the application is responsive and scalable.
• Collaborate with designers to create engaging, user-friendly web applications.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct peer code reviews, providing and receiving feedback to improve overall code quality.
• Maintain and improve the existing codebase, debugging issues and making enhancements.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in front-end technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and other services into the application.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Document development processes, code changes, and best practices for future reference.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of web standards.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Understanding of version control systems, especially Git.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
