Document Controller Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing, storing, and retrieving project documents.

• Ensure all documents are properly numbered, filed, and archived.

• Support in maintaining version control and document tracking logs.

• Coordinate with various teams to collect and update required documentation.

• Perform regular audits to ensure document accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).

• Good communication and time management skills.
