Qiddiya Investment Company, known for its innovative approach to entertainment and leisure development, is seeking a dedicated Document Controller for our Design Team within the Residential division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all design-related documentation, ensuring that all files are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to team members. Your efforts will directly support the design process and help maintain project timelines and quality.

- Manage the documentation process for all design-related projects, including drawings, specifications, and design revisions
- Ensure that all design documents are properly classified, stored, and easily retrievable according to company standards
- Coordinate with the design team to gather, review, and distribute necessary documentation and updates
- Monitor document revisions and maintain an accurate version control system throughout the design phases
- Facilitate communication among team members regarding document requirements and submission timelines
- Conduct regular audits of document control procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for internal and external reviews, including managing comments and feedback
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to document management and design workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in document control or administration, particularly in a design or construction context
- Strong understanding of design processes and familiarity with architectural drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices in document control is a plus
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline
- Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience as a document controller
- Experience in a large scale giga-project in Saudi Arabia
