We are looking for a Document Controller to join our team for an airport project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation in compliance with WSP’s standards and client requirements.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Maintain and manage all project-related documents, including technical drawings, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
• Ensure proper document control processes, including version control, distribution, and archiving.
• Handle the submission, receipt, and tracking of documents through Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Aconex, Primavera Unifier, or similar platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
• Review documents for accuracy, compliance, and completeness before distribution.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project information.
• Prepare periodic reports and document control logs for project stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project documentation standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support audits and inspections by providing required documentation.
  
  

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a diploma in document control/records management.
• 8+ years of experience in document control, preferably within airport, infrastructure, or construction projects.
• Experience working with EDMS platforms (e.g., Aconex, Primavera Unifier, Procore, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 document control standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
