The Opportunity

The Divisional Personnel Manager is responsible to ensure that all personnel activities are carried out within the Manufacturing division to meet in accordance with Group Personnel Policies, Procedures and with relevant local regulations by providing all Personnel and Administrative support to Divisional H.R. Manager (Manufacturing) with regard to Personnel department activities.

The ideal candidate should be able to handle all types of personnel activities effectively and efficiently.

Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Extensive experience in major Personnel responsibilities, such as: Policy Compliance, Payroll & Contracts, Grievance Management, HR Strategic Planning and Team Leadership.
• Spoken & written English.
• Working experience not less than 5 years with similar capacity, carrying out all personnel departmental activities in a large scale organization
