Your Responsibilities
  • Expansion of the Sales and After-Sales Service division for Earthmoving Machines and Mining Products in Saudi Arabia
  • Support of existing customers, authorities, and business partners, as well as acquisition of new clients
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis
  • Handling inquiries, preparing offers, and managing contract negotiations through to conclusion
  • Strategic support for customer financing through the establishment of leasing partners
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership and coordination of the sales and customer service team, as well as administrative staff
  • Responsibility for the training and development of customer service and administrative personnel

Your Qualifications
  • Successfully completed degree in business administration or engineering
  • Experience in capital goods sales
  • Strong command of Arabic and English is required; German language skills are an advantage
  • At least five years of leadership experience is preferred
  • Experience in managing both sales and service teams is considered an asset
  • High level of commitment, self-reliant, motivating and results-oriented work style
  • Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
  • Intercultural competence and international work experience are a plus
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
