Reporting to the General Manager, you will be an integral member of the Hotel Leadership team that is collectively responsible for making key sales and marketing strategic decisions for the hotel.

Key Responsibilities of the Director of Sales & Marketing:

• Being a key role of the hotel you will provide direction for hotel’s overall sales strategies.
• Build decent base business through committed and non- committed segments
• Improve overall hotel facilities sales, developing and implementing the Annual Sales and Marketing Plan and budget process
• Analyzing the property’s capabilities and identifying the direct sales, advertising and public relations programs
• Developing the Public Relations strategy, and crafting Social Media strategy and distribution outlets along with overseeing updates and execution in collaboration with brand guidelines and area team.
  
  
  

Requirements of the Director of Sales & Marketing:

• Sales and marketing experience with strong revenue and budget management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidence with your team and your stakeholders.
• A strategist who understands the luxury market, customer, and travel preferences.
• The ability to think critically and evaluate best possible solutions and resources to implement priorities and manage multiple initiatives.
