About the location:
Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.
The Role of Director of Public Relations
We currently have an opportunity for Director of PR to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team!
Reporting into our Director of Marketing, you will be part of a cohesive team with opportunity to build a successful career with global potential, and you will have the opportunity to engage in diverse and challenging work.
You will play an integral role in the development and execution of an annual integrated plan comprised of public relations and marketing communications strategies that support the property’s business objectives. Through creative and strategic thinking and execution, you will be responsible for driving awareness and visibility of the Hotel and its food and beverage offerings, wellness services, craftspeople, as well as meetings and events, contributing to driving traffic and revenues.
Responsibilities will include generating creative content, managing image and reputation management, overseeing Social Media strategy, implementing digital marketing strategy, assisting with marketing and promotions, engaging in media relations, organizing photo and video shoots, overseeing community relations and CSR initiatives, acting as a strategic communications advisor, and ensuring web presence is aligned with the hotel positioning and business objectives.
Our Ideal PR Director Candidate Will Have
An in-depth understanding of luxury brands. As the brand ambassador, you should have strong media reputation in the hospitality, travel and luxury arena, a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set, proficiency in leveraging social media networks and related monitoring tools, a collaborative nature and have exceptional presentation, communication and writing skills.
Along with being strategic, analytical, and having solid business acumen, you will naturally also be a charismatic, nurturing, and inspiring leader with a strong passion for people welfare and development. You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule; creating great workplaces for all great people to deliver great experiences.
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
