As the Regional Director for Partner Operations, you will be a key leader responsible for driving strategic partnerships and alliances with major partners in the region. You will lead a high-performing team to formulate, monitor and execute strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and strengthen its position within the region. This role requires a deep understanding of the software industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of establishing and nurturing strong relationships with partners to be able to plan the growth of the regional business.

Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

  • You have a solid understanding of GTM strategy, Sales processes, GTM performance measurement and productivity.
  • You are technically savvy on Data Management, BI, and Data Science tools, with an ability to being a perspective on best in class.
  • You are a strong communicator, from Individual Contributor to Executive, with an ability to influence and drive change.
  • You are a team player with an ability to build collaborative relationships.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and managing partnerships including education and enablement.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated success in planning, developing, and monitoring regional business strategy.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of technology trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and translate insights into actionable partnership strategies
