As Director of Finance & Business Support, you’ll be at the heart of our hotel’s success – ensuring that every decision we make is backed by financial insight, operational efficiency, and a clear business strategy. We’re looking for a detail-oriented leader who can balance the books while inspiring people and driving commercial performance.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
No two days are quite the same, but you’ll mostly be:
Partnering with the General Manager and department heads to develop financial plans and business strategies
Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure alignment with business goals
Leading the finance team, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, audits, and compliance
Identifying cost-saving opportunities and revenue-enhancing initiatives
Supporting operational decision-making with robust financial analysis and insight
Ensuring that internal controls and procedures are in place and effective
Driving a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across the business
What we need from you:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) preferred
A minimum of five years of financial management experience, ideally in hospitality or a related industry
Strong understanding of hotel operations and financial systems
Proven ability to lead a team and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; other languages a plus
