Job Description

THE MISSION?

Our customers and our teams are in good hands with you.

You are the director of the catering department (restaurant, bar and work/event spaces).

In charge of developing the profitability of each outlet, you also participate in the engineering of the menu and the setting of menu prices.

You recruit, supervise, direct & coordinate all of the restaurant staff while taking on many other responsibilities.

You ensure compliance with the law, you’re watch at Mama is never over

You guarantee the customer experience is always perfect!

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years food and beverage management experience, preferably in the luxury setting, lifestyle resort.
• Extensive experience in restaurant bar, banquet, catering, in room dining, and kitchen management required
• Knowledge and experience with forecasting, budgeting, labor management, and purchasing to ensure maximum productivity
• Ability to analyze, forecast data, and make judgments to ensure proper payroll and production control
• Creative, inventive, social media fan and outgoing personality.
• A strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, event sales, and advertising marketing
• Ability to train and develop team members
