About The Role
We are seeking a Director of Client Operations to help access the client success and client-engagement activities within Mozn. As the Director of Client Operations, you will be responsible for leading client success and overseeing all client-related matters. You will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and acting as a trusted advisor for our products and services. Reporting directly to the CCO, you will drive the success of our client operations team and contribute to the growth and retention of our client base.

About The Role
We are seeking a Director of Client Operations to help access the client success and client-engagement activities within Mozn. As the Director of Client Operations, you will be responsible for leading client success and overseeing all client-related matters. You will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and acting as a trusted advisor for our products and services. Reporting directly to the CCO, you will drive the success of our client operations team and contribute to the growth and retention of our client base.
What You'll Do
- Implement a comprehensive Client Operations strategy to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue.
- Manage Client Operations and awareness for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring delivery of high-quality service and support to clients throughout their engagement with Mozn.
- Provide guidance to team members by setting clear goals, addressing obstacles, and supporting decision-making processes.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address issues or concerns to maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct analyses of timelines and resources to support scenario planning, risk management, and informed decision-making.
- Establish team performance metrics, including time, cost, and quality milestones aligned with project plans.
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies for client onboarding, product adoption, and customer retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Product, to deliver seamless client experiences and address client needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and account expansion.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitors to contribute to improvements in client operations.
- Prepare regular reports on client success metrics, performance, and insights for management review.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in client operations or a similar role, preferably in the consulting or technology industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing client operations and contributing to client success.
- Solid understanding of client engagement strategies, customer lifecycle management, and best practices in client operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain partnerships with clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and achieve results.
- Effective leadership and team management skills, with the capacity to motivate and develop team members.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages is required.
