The role is responsible for all corporate communications, reputation management and media relations for D360, and also all internal communications. The responsibilities include all online and social media activities and all internal and external communications.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of a comprehensive proactive communications program that promotes D360's key corporate messages and support the overall strategic aims of the bank.
- Develop strategies and drive the growth of social media engagement, brand awareness, and traffic to the website through organic social media
- Develop and manage Influencer's strategy.
- Create and execute brands, competitions, events, and collaborations.
- Plan and develop Instagram innovation activities.
- Plan and develop organic content with paid strategy, working closely with agencies and analyzing the performance of campaigns.
- Manage external communication suppliers and agencies, setting clear objectives and KPIs against which to measure performance
- Develop communications channels (including social media), to ensure D360's key messages are communicated effectively to a wide audience
- Understanding of digital marketing and emerging paradigms of customer relationship management and customer journey, including integration of digital marketing into seamless processes to enable customer onboarding and experience
- Introducing and managing customer communications
- Devising a lifecycle communications strategy (post-purchase, post-delivery, lapsed customer)
- Planning and delivering weekly newsletters according to with Marketing Calendar in coordination with the company Buyer, Graphic Designer & Creative Director.
- Developing and implementing a creative and engaging strategy to build awareness following the strong values and attitude of the brand.
- Plan and manage the Company events, brand collaborations
- Manage the Non-Digital PR strategies
- Devise and implement targeted media and PR campaigns that build awareness of D360 with stakeholders and the SME community more generally
- Development and production of the seasonal campaign photo-shoots
- Working closely with our buyer to make sure we are producing all Ecommerce Imagery needed for the new Campaign.
- Planning and production of brand photography.
Enforce, incorporate, and comply with all necessary controls and related information security (EIS) policies, procedures, practices, training, reporting, personal due diligence and vigilance, within departmental/unit activities and operations.
Qualifications

- A tertiary level qualification from an internationally/regionally recognized institution.
Years & Nature of Experience
- Would have at least 10 years of equivalent experience in marketing/social and digital communications or related field; where at least three has been in a lead role in a mid or large sized commercial bank < can change based on role>, check with me
- Has led a key department comprising multiple processes or programs; has been part of their function's leadership team and has delivered on strategy formulation and implementation of strategic actions for their function
- Has had operational responsibility for their department; managing multiple processes, department outcomes and resources
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media and networking platforms and monitoring suite suppliers
