Director Implementation (DEL - 518)

Introduction:

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the hunt for a visionary and experienced Director of Implementation to oversee and drive the comprehensive execution of our landmark projects. As a key member of the leadership team, you will ensure that our ambitious vision for Qiddiya becomes a thriving reality while adhering to the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall implementation strategy for major projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's long-term vision and objectives
• Manage and mentor a team of project managers and implementation specialists to drive performance and achieve project milestones
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate planning, execution, and operational strategies for successful project delivery
• Develop and refine implementation processes, methodologies, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership and stakeholders, communicating progress, challenges, and strategic insights
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution, ensuring readiness to address potential challenges proactively
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and encouraging innovation within the team
• Engage with external partners, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project delivery
• Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines, policies, and legal requirements in project implementation
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or equivalent is preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in project management or implementation in large-scale development, construction, or infrastructure sectors
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and inspire a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Ability to analyze complex information and make strategic decisions
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is a strong advantage
