General Summary
As part of its development of Qiddiya City, Qiddiya Investment Company ("QIC") will be developing an ambitious range of entertainment, sports, and cultural offerings, all poised for growth. The Director - Corporate Sponsorship - Asset Management will play a vital role in fostering partnerships that not only support the financial health of Qiddiya's projects but also enhance brand visibility and community engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify potential sponsors and forge long-lasting relationships that align with the Qiddiya vision.
The Director will oversee various corporate sponsorship initiatives, ensuring that partnerships deliver mutual value and support the overarching goals of the organization.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential corporate sponsors, creating customized proposals that align with the strategic objectives of both Qiddiya and the sponsoring organizations.
Manage the entire sponsorship portfolio, from initial outreach and negotiations through to execution and reporting of sponsorship performance.
Develop innovative sponsorship programs that elevate brand recognition for both Qiddiya and its partners, ensuring measurable outcomes that mutually benefit both entities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship initiatives and to align on goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sponsorship opportunities and enhance program strategies.
Provide regular reporting on sponsorship performance, including ROI analysis and strategic recommendations for future partnerships.
Oversee the negotiation of sponsorship agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Participate in community engagement initiatives to enhance Qiddiya's reputation and strengthen relationships with local and international stakeholders.
Fulfill other tasks as assigned by management that align with departmental goals.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (10+ years) in corporate sponsorship management or business development, preferably within the entertainment or sports industries.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners.
Excellent strategic thinking and project management capabilities.
Familiarity with the MENA market and experience engaging with regional sponsors is preferred.
