Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth
- Lead the commercial team, providing mentorship and fostering excellence in performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, clients, and regulatory bodies
- Conduct detailed market analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development
- Manage and oversee marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Negotiate contracts and facilitate partnerships that align with the company's strategic goals
- Monitor performance metrics and report on commercial outcomes, adapting strategies as needed
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in commercial management, with a focus on the entertainment or real estate sectors
- Proven experience in developing successful commercial strategies that drive revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
