Director - Commercial

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the commercial strategy to drive revenue and market share growth

Requirements

• At least 10-15 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably in the entertainment, leisure, or real estate sectors
• Proven experience in developing and executing commercial strategies that deliver revenue growth
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with market analysis tools and techniques
