Location: Riyadh, KSA.

Project Duration: 1 year.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Innovation Consultant to lead and support innovation-driven transformation initiatives within the logistics and import/export industry. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in emerging technologies, organizational change management, and digital tools to design and implement solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Innovation Leadership:
• Lead or participate in innovation projects, guiding teams through ideation, prototyping, and scaling of new solutions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the logistics and import/export industry.
  
• Change Management:
• Manage organizational change efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and training programs, to ensure successful adoption of innovative solutions.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the organization.
  
• Digital Transformation Initiatives:
• Design and execute digital transformation strategies, leveraging insights from successful case studies and industry best practices.
• Align transformation initiatives with business objectives and industry trends.
  
• Technology Integration:
• Apply emerging technologies such as AI, ML, blockchain, IoT, and RPA to solve complex business challenges.
• Work closely with technical teams to integrate and implement innovative technology solutions.
  
• Industry Expertise:
• Leverage experience in the logistics or import/export industry to address industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on successful case studies and projects.
  
• Digital Tools and Platforms:
• Utilize digital tools and platforms, including cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI), and collaboration tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams).
• Develop and present reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  
  
  

Key Qualifications And Skills

• Experience:
• 7-10+ years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, management consulting, or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading or contributing to innovation projects from ideation to implementation.
• Industry experience in logistics or import/export, with successful project case studies.
  
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, ML, blockchain, IoT, RPA) and their applications in business transformation.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including cloud services, data analytics tools, and collaboration tools.
  
• Skills:
• Strong project management and change management skills, including stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
