Digital Product Specialist - CM&E - Based in Jeddah

Responsibilities

The Digital Product Specialist - Jeddah is focused on leveraging digital channels to deliver personalized engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role involves direct engagement strategies and the use of digital platforms to enhance relationships. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the development & implementation of quarterly omnichannel customer plans (OCCP) in collaboration with Line manager
• Conducting Promotional Calls (video and phone calls) with HCPs to provide relevant product information and answer inquiries.
• Sending relevant follow-up emails/messages based on calls and feedback.
• Drive better Customer retention and attendance through personalizing invitations & follow-up for webinars, conferences, and digital events for HCPs.
• Implementing proper consent processes in alignment with TA Requirement
• Achieve aligned both Qualitative and Quantitative KPIS and Utilizing engagement metrics and HCP feedback to refine OCCP.
  
  

Requirements

• Saudi Licensed Pharmacist
• Previous Experience working as Product specialist for at least 1 Year.
• Experience in utilizing digital engagement tools (Approved Emails, Video Calls, Messaging,..etc) in communication with HCPs.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for enhancing customer relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and Good in English
• May Require occasional presence in field supporting consenting process and Events
• Position is based in Jeddah
