Job Description

The Digital Product Specialist is focused on leveraging digital channels to deliver personalized engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role involves direct engagement strategies and the use of digital platforms to enhance relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development & implementation of quarterly omnichannel customer plans (OCCP) in collaboration with Line manager
  • Conducting Promotional Calls (video and phone calls) with HCPs to provide relevant product information and answer inquiries.
  • Sending relevant follow-up emails/messages based on calls and feedback.
  • Drive better Customer retention and attendance through personalizing invitations & follow-up for webinars, conferences, and digital events for HCPs.
  • Implementing proper consent processes in alignment with TA Requirement
  • Achieve aligned both Qualitative and Quantitative KPIS and Utilizing engagement metrics and HCP feedback to refine OCCP.

Requirements

  • 1 Year in our company in Saudi.
  • Has passion towards digital tools and platforms for effective customer engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English.
  • May Require occasional presence in field supporting consenting process and Events.
