Job Description
Responsible for leading the company's digital analytics strategy, execution, and insights. Manage and oversee the Digital Analytics function, ensuring accurate and timely data collection, interpretation, and analysis, and use of data-driven insights to inform business decisions. Responsible for managing the digital analytics agency that supports all roles in technical documentation as well as business intelligence ad hoc requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Digital Product, and Digital Technology to develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth, improve the Guest experience, and increase revenue.

Manage and oversee the Digital Analytics function, ensuring accurate and timely data collection, interpretation, and analysis, and use of data-driven insights to inform business decisions. Responsible for managing the digital analytics agency that supports all roles in technical documentation as well as business intelligence ad hoc requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Digital Product, and Digital Technology to develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth, improve the Guest experience, and increase revenue.
Accountabilities
Digital Traffic Analytics:
- Lead and manage the implementation and execution of digital analytics tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Kochava, etc.
- Ensure accurate and timely data collection, interpretation, and analysis, and use data-driven insights to steer the paid media strategy and decision-making with regard to budget allocation per channel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing plans to improve website engagement and conversion rates for the different digital channels and sources of traffic.
- Partner with external analytics agencies to analyze and report on key metrics related to digital marketing channels, including performance marketing, social media, organic, direct, and CRM (Email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging)
- Work with the Digital Trading and Merchandising team to optimize digital trading and merchandising plans based on traffic forecasting by source, ongoing digital marketing budget spending, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Business Data Analytics team to define, create, and continuously analyze / test / enhance automated communication workflows to existing Guests in order to maximize retained revenue.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends: They stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital analytics.
- Lead and manage the implementation and execution of product analytics tools and platforms, including session replay, heat mapping, user feedback, and conversion rate optimization tools.
- Conduct funnel analysis and user journey mapping to identify opportunities to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyze and report on key metrics related to the customer journey, including site search, content engagement, listing page browse, filter and discover checkout funnel, and user retention.
- Work with the UX & UI team to optimize the customer experience utilizing collected data insights.
- Develop a roadmap of A/B tests, setting success criteria for each enhancement.
- Establish a conversion rate optimization function, closely collaborating with product management to drive the addition of features and capabilities directed towards improving the funnel leveraging on analytical and testing outcomes.
- Manage and oversee the digital analytics agency that will support all roles in technical documentation as well as business intelligence ad hoc requirements.
- Define agency scope, manage budget, and ensure timely delivery of digital analytics projects end-to-end, coordinating between external partners and internal stakeholders (such as Product, Technology & Engineering, Delivery)
- Collaborate with agency partners to identify new opportunities for data-driven insights and improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in data science, math, computer science, marketing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on marketing and product analytics.
- Strong background in working closely with digital marketing in an e-commerce high volume environment.
- Experience managing digital analytics agencies preferred.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, and knowledge of statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- MS Office Suite, advanced MS Excel user
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools and platforms for A/B testing, including Google Analytics, Hotjar, Kochava, Adobe Target, Amplitude, etc.
