Job Description: Digital PMO Specialist
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Are you a skilled and experienced Digital PMO Specialist with a passion for supporting digital projects and business KPIs? Join our team in Riyadh, KSA, and play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, monitoring, controlling, and reporting digital projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Reporting: Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, and other documentation to ensure transparency and visibility of digital projects and business performance.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize project delivery and efficiency.
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and controlling projects, ensuring they are delivered according to the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Project Governance: Ensure all projects adhere to the bank's project management methodology, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies and procedures.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external vendors.
- Projects Milestones and KPIs: Monitor and report on project milestones and key performance indicators.
- Strategy Execution: Support the execution of strategic initiatives within the digital project management office.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or financial services environment.
- Language: Arabic speaker preferred.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and control.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data validation capability and experience.
- Proficient in presentation and project management tools, such as PowerPoint, Think-cell, Excel, and MS Project.
- Familiarity with banking and technical practices & terminology.
- Agile experience is a plus.
