Your Role

Our EAME Distribution Middle East & Eurasia Region team is looking for a motivated and positive Digital Operations Territory Manager (Saudi national) to join the dynamic and newly opened Caterpillar office in Riyadh, KSA.

What You Will Do 

As a dealer facing representative, you will collaborate with Cat dealers to build capability, drive process improvement, and execute Digital related strategies.

Your critical thinking skills and analytical mind will thrive as you shape a data-driven organization of the future. Bring your passion for designing, architecting, and implementing improvement projects to the table, while also leveraging the power of storytelling with data.

Lead the charge in crafting a project portfolio aimed at simplifying and enhancing our practices, ultimately developing solutions which support dealers in meeting customer needs.

Your Role will include, but is not limited to: 

Manage processes and initiatives associated with Digital and dealer / customer related strategies to ensure dealers deliver superior customer experience and business growth.

  • Develops regional specific eCommerce business strategies and support dealers with their governance and execution.
  • Enables revenue growth by ensuring dealers continue to grow Connected Assets population and adopt Digital Sales channels.
  • Actively supports dealers by being a trusted advisor on Digital projects prioritization, ensuring resources are allocated to execute accordingly.
  • Leads processes improvement on areas such as data management, platform deployment and technology adoption to deliver the best customer experience.
  • Supports the development and manages implementation of internal/external adoption and communication strategies for new products, technology platforms, and applications.
  • Governs dealer execution of several strategically important Digital initiatives to support business growth while working with various stakeholders to drive adoption of new technology.
  • Travel locally: 20%

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

What You Must Have  

  • University degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or equivalent experience. 
  • 7+ years’ experience in Consulting, Digital or Strategy roles, involving dealer and/or customer facing interactions.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (Saudi National)
  • Global Perspective: Proven experience working on international projects, with an understanding of diverse markets, cultural nuances, and global business operations to drive success in worldwide go-to-market strategies.
  • Data analytical skills (Google Analytics Suite) and data management with a proven record in leading Digital Transformation in a B2B environment.
  • Expertise in running and analyzing Digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong experience in change management, project management and strategy execution and governance.

What Will Put You Ahead  

  • Proven experience in process improvement or process evaluation focused on customer experience. 
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
