Your role
The purpose of this role is to oversee and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns to the team when dealing with publishers, strategists and planning teams and leading a team of performance executives.
Your key responsibilities:
Developing and Implementing Media Strategies:
- Devising comprehensive media plans across various channels and platforms.
- Identifying target demographics and tailoring media campaigns effectively.
- Overseeing execution of media campaigns on social media, print, television, radio, and digital channels.
- Ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all media platforms.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest media trends and innovations.
- Conducting competitor analysis to enhance competitive edge.
- Allocating resources efficiently to maximize return on media investments.
- Optimizing spending across various media channels while adhering to budget constraints.
- Relevant degree in digital marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven experience in media planning, buying, and campaign management.
- Previous experience in banking/financial industries is a must.
- Understanding of media channels and platforms (social, print, TV, radio, digital).
- Ability to analyze media performance metrics.
- Fluent in English and Arabic language is a must.
- Saudi residency is highly preferable.
- Experience with lead generation and lower-funnel marketing campaigns.
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok and Snapchat.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software.
- Familiarity with industry-specific trends
- Analytical Skills: ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creativity: Thinking outside the box for innovative media solutions.
- Adaptability: Navigating changing media landscapes.
- Decision-Making: Making strategic choices for effective campaigns.
- Relationship Building: Cultivating long-term partnerships with our vendors, partners and suppliers.
