Are you a data-driven digital marketer with a passion for optimizing campaigns, analyzing customer journeys, and aligning marketing efforts with strategic digital roadmaps? We are looking for a hands-on expert to lead performance marketing initiatives, act as SPOC across departments, and drive measurable impact.

Experience:
Min 5+ years in digital marketing, with proven success in ROI-driven campaigns and funnel optimization
Min 2+ years in digital banking or fintech marketing preferred

Background:

• Strong expertise in campaign performance tracking and ROI analysis
• Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and funnel analytics
• Experience with SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, and content strategy
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation
• Ability to collaborate with UX/UI and product teams to improve engagement and conversion
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Skills:

• Campaign ROI analysis and reporting
• Funnel optimization and friction point identification
• Strategic planning and cross-functional coordination
• Marketing automation and performance tracking
• Data interpretation and actionable insight generation
• Strong grasp of digital trends and competitive landscape

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in digital banking or financial services

• Serve as SPOC for marketing across departments, ensuring alignment with the digital roadmap
