Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for managing proper alignment on all financial and strategic planning for Digital & Fintech portfolio, report Digital & Fintech portfolio’s strategy execution, conduct Digital & Fintech portfolio’s strategic planning process. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure

Job Responsibility

  • Manage proper alignment on all financial and strategic planning for Digital & FinTech Portfolio
  • Report Digital & FinTech Portfolio’s strategy execution through facilitating quarterly Strategy Review Meetings (SRM) with the related stakeholders and ensure the implementation of all action items logged
  • Conduct Digital & FinTech Portfolio’s strategic planning process
  • Translate Digital & FinTech Portfolio’s strategy goals into quantifiable targets
  • Participate with New Market Strategy Planning to assess and review the portfolio in terms of fulfillment of strategic & operational objectives
  • Oversee both Strategy to Execution (S2E) and Business as Usual (BaU) budget cycles for Digital & FinTech Portfolio.
  • Manage strategic directives into strategic programs linked to initiatives and asses subsidiaries strategic priorities with respect to stc’s strategic goals and objectives
  • Conduct periodic reviews of strategic objectives and progress of related Digital related subsidiaries and OpCos
  • Maintain an overall Cluster level risk log and any coordination with New Markets GRC; including monitoring mitigation progress (via subs managers’ input sheets)
  • Direct the communication and coordination with New Market subsidiaries for GRC activities to take necessary action and ensure implementations
  • Monitor and report clusters’ related subsidiaries actions to corporate functions
  • Consolidate and maintain an accurate Cluster’s subsidiaries investment legal structure on quarterly basis and provide to Investment Unit for Group Consolidated Financial Statement activities and requirement .
  • Continuously align with relevant Stockholders related to all investment transactions within Cluster’s subsidiaries (ownership increase/decrease, liquidation, new acquisition, spin-off, etc…) which impacts the Investment Legal Structure
  • Act as the only focal point of contact when communicating corporate and operational activities with subsidiaries
  • Act as a main point of contact with legal services to ensure legal support in subsidiary post acquisition/ merger and green field.
