Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and optimization of paid social conversion campaigns.
- Oversee audience targeting, creative testing, and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with analytics and creative teams to refine messaging and delivery.
- Ensure accurate tracking, pacing, and ROI performance across all campaigns.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Stay on top of new tools, features, and conversion innovations.
- 6–8 years of experience in paid social or performance marketing.
- Expertise in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and attribution tools.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering against performance KPIs.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
