THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and experienced Digital Content Producerto join our team and drive the creation of engaging digital content across a variety of platforms. You will play a key role in curating content that supports and resonates with its target audiences. You will have a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep understanding of how to craft compelling digital experiences for the arts and culture sector.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Curation:


Develop, create, and curate high-quality digital content for websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels. Content may include articles, blog posts, social media updates, videos, graphics, and photography.

  • Brand Consistency:


Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, style, and objectives. Maintain consistency in messaging and aesthetic across all platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Collaboration:


Work closely with the marketing and communications team to create content that supports campaigns, promotions, and overall strategic objectives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including artists, curators, and cultural organizations, to gather relevant content.

  • Digital Strategy:


Contribute to the development of digital strategies aimed at increasing audience engagement and participation. Ensure that all content is optimized for different digital channels and is responsive to audience needs.

  • Multimedia Production:


Leverage multimedia production tools to create engaging videos, graphics, and other visual content. This includes video editing, graphic design, and photography to support digital storytelling efforts.

  • Content Management:


Manage content through various Content Management Systems (CMS) to ensure timely publishing, updates, and optimization. Oversee digital assets, ensuring they are stored, catalogued, and accessible for future use.

Knowledge And Skills

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital content production, preferably within the arts and culture industry. Experience working on digital marketing campaigns or storytelling initiatives in this sector is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital media are a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that engage diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in digital content creation tools, including CMS platforms, social media management tools, and email marketing software. Proficiency in multimedia production tools such as video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), graphic design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and photography.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt content strategies based on emerging trends in digital marketing and audience behavior.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for content development.
