THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and experienced Digital Content Producerto join our team and drive the creation of engaging digital content across a variety of platforms. You will play a key role in curating content that supports and resonates with its target audiences. You will have a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep understanding of how to craft compelling digital experiences for the arts and culture sector.

Knowledge And Skills
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital content production, preferably within the arts and culture industry. Experience working on digital marketing campaigns or storytelling initiatives in this sector is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital media are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that engage diverse audiences.
- Expertise in digital content creation tools, including CMS platforms, social media management tools, and email marketing software. Proficiency in multimedia production tools such as video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), graphic design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and photography.
- A creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt content strategies based on emerging trends in digital marketing and audience behavior.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for content development.
