The Digital Associate Director will oversee digital media strategy, ensuring that campaigns connect data, technology, and creativity to deliver meaningful performance results. You’ll lead cross-platform teams to design digital ecosystems that engage audiences and drive growth
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and oversee digital strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Lead a team of digital specialists across search, social, and programmatic
- Ensure performance frameworks and optimization processes are data-driven
- Partner with analytics and creative teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences
- Manage senior client relationships and present data-led strategic recommendations
- Stay ahead of digital innovations, platform updates, and measurement models
- 10+ years of experience in digital media strategy or performance marketing
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-discipline digital teams
- Deep knowledge of paid social, programmatic, and search platforms
- Strong data interpretation and presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and commercial acumen
