Device Management Consultant (m/f/d)

A semi-government entity in Saudi Arabia, specializing in advanced technology solutions and services. The organization is currently seeking Device Management Consultant to join their team and support their new project.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operations of deployed devices according to documented procedures and industry best practices.
• Operate and maintain various security devices such as IPS, Sandboxing, Application Control, EDR, MDM, IAM, PAM, Email Security, Vulnerability Assessment, and DDOS.
• Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor issues and incidents on devices and troubleshoot them.
• Perform patch management and ensure device security.
• Communicate effectively with executive levels throughout the company.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Extensive experience in the operation and maintenance of security devices.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with executive levels.
• Proficiency in developing and reviewing SOPs.
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve device issues.
• Experience with patch management and device security.
• Technical Competencies: Knowledge of various security technologies and best practices.
