Development Manager - Residential - D2D3 Apartments (RES245)

We are currently seeking a Development Manager for the D2D3 Apartments project, a key initiative aimed at delivering high-quality residential units that enhance the lifestyle of our residents.

As the Development Manager, you will oversee all stages of the apartment development process, ensuring that every aspect meets our strategic objectives and aligns with our commitment to sustainability and livability. Your expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement will be vital in achieving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of the D2D3 Apartments project, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines
• Conduct feasibility studies and market research to inform project development strategies and assess potential risks and returns
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication of progress and challenges
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in residential development
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in residential real estate development or project management
• Demonstrated experience in managing multifamily residential projects from concept to completion
• Strong understanding of feasibility studies, construction processes, and the real estate market in Saudi Arabia
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of working with a wide range of stakeholders
