Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development of residential projects from initial concept through planning, design, and construction
• Conduct detailed market analysis and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet project specifications and quality standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project goals
• Engage with stakeholders, including community representatives, governmental agencies, and investors to foster supportive relationships
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability practices throughout the development process
• Mentor and support the development team, promoting professional growth and best practices in project management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience in residential development for a developer
• Demonstrated ability to manage residential projects from concept through completion successfully
• Strong understanding of local market trends, regulations, and residential design standards
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
