Job Description

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Designer to join our Anchor Assets Department for the NEOM The Line project. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing design solutions for a variety of high-profile infrastructure and building projects. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, an ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop innovative design concepts for Anchor Assets within The Line.
• Produce detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation).
• Ensure all designs comply with project requirements, international standards, and local regulations.
• Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and incorporating revisions as needed.
• Prepare presentations and visualizations to communicate design ideas to project teams and clients.
• Support the project management team by providing technical expertise and resolving design-related issues during construction.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related design field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a design role, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or urban development projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and/or MicroStation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and completed projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience working on projects in the Middle East is a plus.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
