Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Design Manager in developing and implementing design projects from concept to execution
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure cohesive design integration across all disciplines
• Conduct research on design trends, materials, and technologies to inform project development
• Prepare design presentations and reports for stakeholders, synthesizing feedback and making relevant adjustments
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance project outcomes
• Support the coordination of workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders
• Assist in resolving design-related issues during the project lifecycle
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in design roles, preferably within hospitality, real estate, or entertainment sectors
• Strong knowledge of design principles and construction processes
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn
