Major Accountabilities
Education (minimum/desirable): Bachelor degree (preferably MBA) in a business discipline or engineering and supply chain management professional certificate
Languages: English & Arabic

Planning and Control: Demand & supply demand planning, demand forecasting, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Inventory Management
Project Management: Project organization and leadership, Planning processes, Project metrics

Major Accountabilities
- Sales, Business & Demand Planning (SBDP):
- Run S&BP process for all sources of business (private, tender, LPO).
- Agree on optimal inventory levels in the warehouse in alignment with country organization and regional Supply Chain.
- Ensure timely booking of orders and track production, release and shipments with Supplying sites.
- Address and resolve any issues affecting supply of products to market.
- Ensure timely PO placement to local CMO as well as supplying sites for bulk, API or components.
- Liaise with local CMOs to follow up on FDF shipments and stock reconciliation of provided materials.
- Sales forecasting:
- Facilitate and agree sales forecast with country organization / BU heads.
- Ensure effective and timely communication (upload) of short term and long-term forecasts in the system (APO).
- Ensure sales forecasts are in line with in-market sales plans and target levels.
- Launch Management:
- Provide best launch supply performance and ensure active participation and inputs by Supply Chain in alignment with Portfolio/Launch Manager and Regulatory.
- Ensure close alignment and coordination with site Launch Manager to secure timely production and launch of new products.
- Tender management:
- Ensure effective tracking and timely booking of tender orders to supply sites.
- Closely monitor production dates. And align with supplying hub on timely, production, release and shipment of orders to delays and avoid penalties.
- Project management and Process improvement:
- Lead and participate in special projects as and when required by company (e.g. sourcing of 3PL warehousing operations, optimizing supply model, incorporate bar coding, product standardization, etc.)
- Process improvement: Improve SC processes and develop country Supply Chain Strategy according to NTO and STO Supply Chain Strategy.
- Maintain strong working relationships with all external & internal business partners, specially related to S&BP-partners Country Operations, BPA, DRA, QA, Sandoz Technical Operations, and Customers/Agents/Distributors
- Lead inventory optimization process to reduce local inventory level, provision and write offs.
