Join our dynamic Operations team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a Demand Planning Analyst for a FMCG company. This crucial role ensures the accuracy of our sales forecasts and optimizing stock levels and distribution across the country. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams, playing a key role in achieving our commercial objectives. Your analytical skills and collaborative approach will be essential to success in this fast-paced and impactful role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Planning and Analysis.
- Apply planning and forecasting techniques regarding demand and capacity and interpret and communicate results to relevant team members.
- Seek new approaches to generate greater forecast accuracy and improved analysis of sales forecasts inputs.
- Review sales inputs and ensure an appropriate Sales Forecast is developed and consistently renewed.
- Provide input on the optimum stock model to support agreed Demand and business plans.
- Ensure that Supply Planning KPIs align with multiple stakeholder’s objectives for inventory optimization.
- Identify gaps in current supply or Demand plans and propose remedial action.
- Monitor supply planning adherence to demand plan.
- Monitor stock levels and distribution across KSA, ensuring optimal product availability.
- Develop the baseline sales forecast and challenge and consolidate forecasts for promotions and launches provided by the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Maintain a healthy stock mix, minimizing both out-of-stock situations and excessive inventory levels.
- Work closely with the procurement and production teams to forecast material requirements and plan accordingly to prevent supply shortages or delays.
- Build forecasts grounded in market trends, providing data-driven insights to support commercial and marketing strategies.
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding demand changes and their impact on stock levels.
- Demand Planning and Demand Forecasting skills.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
- 3- 5 years’ experience on same position in FMCG sector.
