  • Promote and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental standards on-site in accordance with GACA and international airport safety requirements.
  • Work with HSE teams to conduct inspections and audits focused on airfield construction safety.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and operational safety protocols during construction.
  • Act as the key liaison between client teams, GACA, contractors, and consultants for all Central Area airfield infrastructure works.
  • Provide regular status updates, risk reports, and technical briefings to senior management.
  • Support contract administration, variation management, and claims resolution related to airfield packages.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary delivery team specializing in airfield civil engineering and construction management.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the delivery team.
  • Support skills development and knowledge transfer related to airfield construction best practices.

What You'll Bring;

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills focused on airfield construction challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple contractors and complex interfaces under tight schedules.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in airfield works.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills advantageous.
