Job Description
This internship will start on September 1st with full time schedule and it's for 12 months.
Responsibilities
Become our customers’ trusted technical advisor and develop a deep knowledge of their Oracle systems and needs. You’ll support the operation of customer platforms onsite and in cloud, delivering services that drive customer success an innovation.
Provide production operation support for Database and Cloud systems
Support the stability, availability, and performance of critical business systems
Install, configure, and operate Database, Exadata and other Oracle Infrastructure Platform products
Deliver solution architecture advice, reviews, and conceptual support
Analyze product problems to find resolutions
Resolve new and complex issues, research technical enquiries, and handle user problems
Support software installation, configuration, health checks, and performance assessments
Educate customers on product features, issues, evolutions, upgrades, benefits, and patches

OCI, Unix, Linux, Solaris, and ZFS Storage ;Real Application Clusters and Grid Infrastructure

Network switches, protocols, and security; Load balancer, Java, xml, SQL, shell scripting
Required Skills/Experience:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interest in technology, especially AI and cloud computing.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, geographically distributed team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual event platforms such as Zoom
English and Arabic advanced language skills;
