Job Description

As a pivotal member of the Nokia Network Infrastructure Data Center Sales team, you will spearhead customer engagement and drive business growth across the Middle East and Africa. Your role focuses on managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with pre-sales experts to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' unique challenges. You will coordinate activities across sales and support functions, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximize impact. In a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will leverage your deep understanding of the telecommunications sector to influence strategic decisions and navigate complex negotiations. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

Drive business growth by managing multiple customer accounts and achieving sales targets across diverse portfolios.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in alignment with Nokia Data Center Salesglobalstrategies, and actively contribute to building its MEA implementation
  • Engage regularly with key stakeholders to understand their objectives and challenges, enhancing overall effectiveness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities among sales, pre-sales, and other teams based on market insights.
  • Participate in pricing strategies and contract negotiations, providing strategic input to maximize outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional deal teams, ensuring resource management and risk assessment are balanced effectively.
  • Contribute to the formulation of best practices, enhancing products, processes, and services in response to market challenges.
  • Act as a mentor and professional leader within the sales team, sharing insights and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

  • Consultative Selling & Customer Business Understanding
  • Business acumen and technological thought leadership
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in telecom sales, specifically in Data Center networking
  • Fluency in Business English

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience with the Middle East and Africa Data Center industry
  • Understanding of Nokia’s standard contracts
  • Skills in Bid Management and Customer Pricing

Master’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, or business
