Job Description: Data Analyst Expert

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Are you a skilled and business-focused Data Analyst with a passion for driving decision-making processes through data-driven insights? Join our team as a Senior Business Data Analyst and play a crucial role in bridging business needs with data solutions. This role is not centered on AI/ML development but rather on analyzing business requirements, generating meaningful dashboards, and providing actionable insights to improve performance across KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify data needs and translate these requirements into effective reports and dashboards.
• Create, develop, and maintain interactive business KPI dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Extract, cleanse, and transform data from various systems and databases for thorough analysis.
• Conduct root cause analysis and trend analysis to uncover performance gaps and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports with insights, visualizations, and strategic recommendations.
• Document all reports, dashboards, and processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Support the maintenance of data governance, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
• Communicate data insights to non-technical audiences in a clear and understandable manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in business data analysis and dashboard development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and one or more BI tools (such as SAP BO, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
• Strong business acumen to understand KPI frameworks and their impact on organizational goals.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders and effectively convey technical findings.
• Experience working with large datasets across multiple business domains is highly desirable.
