INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Cybersecurity Sales Manager to join our dynamic OT Cybersecurity team. This role is pivotal in delivering and implementing OT Cybersecurity Solutions to ensure the protection of critical industrial infrastructure across industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, and Manufacturing. INTECH’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge OT cybersecurity services, including Resident, On-Call, and Remote services, ensures you will be part of transformative projects that safeguard critical infrastructure and enable secure, reliable operations.

What You’ll Lead and Deliver:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and digital solutions product unit to create effective promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned account’s cybersecurity sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to sales director.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least ten (10) years of experience in sales management, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, services, and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Professional certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443,CISSP, CISM)
  • Experience with SaaS and cloud-based cybersecurity solutions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 / digitalization initiatives and technologies
