Job Description
As the Project Technical Lead at Nokia, you will be at the forefront of driving technical success across complex projects, liaising directly with customers and leading cross-functional technical teams. You will engage from the pre-sales phase, collaborating with Customer Chief Architects to define objectives, gather requirements, and shape project plans. Your role encompasses overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from planning, design, and implementation to seamless handover to operations and Care. You will be part of a dynamic Customer Services team, dedicated to optimizing technical solutions and enhancing customer satisfaction. The work environment is collaborative and fast-paced, where you’ll tackle complex challenges and innovate alongside experts from diverse technical backgrounds. You will cultivate professional relationships, position yourself as a trusted advisor, and contribute significantly to delivering impactful solutions for our clients.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Own the technical success of projects, from pre-sales to delivery and handover to operations and Care.
- Serve as the primary customer liaison for all technical communications, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives.
- Lead cross-functional technical teams to develop comprehensive solution designs and integration plans.
- Oversee project delivery planning, defining scope, milestones, and assessing technical risks and mitigation strategies.
- Guide the implementation phase by resolving complex interoperability issues and providing direction to the technical project team.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with customer CTOs and Chief Architects as a key advisor and collaborator.
- Facilitate technical handovers to operations and Care teams, ensuring thorough documentation and sign-off processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating service levels, anticipating challenges, and leveraging innovative solutions.
You have:
- 7-10 years of extensive experience in technical project management or a related field.
- Expertise in solution architecture, integration, and technical design.
- Strong consultative and communication skills, particularly in customer-facing roles.
- Proven ability to manage high-complexity projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with multi-domain Nokia technologies and third-party solutions.
- Understanding of network design, deployment, and maintenance processes.
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools.
