We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative – Riyadh

Baytonia is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the furniture and home décor industry. This is an on-site position at our showroom in North Riyadh. If you have at least one year of experience in customer service and strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: North Riyadh (Showroom)

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (including a 1-hour break)

Workdays: 6 days per week

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Assisting customers in the showroom and responding to their inquiries

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service

Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Strong computer skills, including email communication and Excel

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to different situations

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
