Customer Service Representative - Surface Pressure Control

Partner with the best

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with filing, data entry, and administrative support
  • Assisting with receipt and processing of orders
  • Assisting in facilitating resolution of inquires and customer concerns related to the order and delivery process
  • Dealing with only limited product line(s) and handle single entity support
  • Handling special projects, as assigned


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 1+ years of industry experience (preferred)
  • Be familiar with order entry software and processes
  • Have working knowledge of customer service techniques in an industrial setting
  • Have a good computer skills.
  • Be fluent in Arabic and English languages.
