Customer Experience CX Intern

Are you passionate about customer experience and making a real impact in a fast-growing startup? Qawafel is looking for a CX Intern to join our team for a 2-3 month hybrid internship (office + remote). This is a great opportunity to work with our CX team to improve customer satisfaction, analyze feedback, and help optimize service quality.
Qawafel is a Saudi-based B2B marketplace connecting vendors and retailers. Our platform drives innovation in digital commerce while providing seamless business transactions.
As a CX Intern, you’ll play a key role in enhancing customer interactions: Customer Support: Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Feedback Analysis: Identify trends and pain points through customer feedback to improve service. Collaboration: Work with product and ops teams to implement service quality enhancements. Documentation: Help maintain FAQs and internal workflows for better customer guidance.
Location: Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Communication Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze feedback and propose improvements
Interest: Passion for customer experience, operations, and digital marketplaces
Hands-on experience in customer success & operations Work closely with CX, product & ops teams Hybrid internship—flexibility to work remotely and in-office Learn how to enhance user experience & drive customer satisfaction
