What will your main responsibilities be?
- Support the development and execution of customer strategies and business plans.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance to generate actionable insights.
- Assist in the coordination of promotions and in-store activities with key customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of customer initiatives.
- Track and report on sales KPIs, performance dashboards, and stock levels.
- Participate in field visits and customer meetings to better understand market dynamics.
- Contribute to forecasting, sales planning, and business development processes.
- Help manage product listings, pricing, and promotional calendars across retail channels.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–6 months of prior internship or work experience in a commercial, sales, or marketing role is preferable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business-oriented mindset with an interest in customer behavior and sales strategy.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Passion for understanding consumer needs and driving customer satisfaction.
- You are energized by delivering fantastic results. You are an example to others – both in your outcomes and your resilience. You’re constantly looking for better ways to do things, engaging and collaborating with others along the way.
